Passage: Genesis 39

Joseph, nearly murdered by his brothers, has been sold into slavery in Egypt. The dreams God gave him to be prosperous and respected have not come to pass! And just when they begin to come true, he is crushed again. For the second time Joseph has his robe stripped off, but he simply won’t quit. It’s not luck or a can-do spirit, but Joseph’s unwavering faith in God and commitment to live faithfully that causes whatever he does to prosper.
