Pentecost is like graduation day for the people of God. The Church goes from being limited to one nation governed by house rules, to an international people following Christ. Our God is triune, consisting of one God in three Persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. At Pentecost the Holy Spirit was poured out on the Church to empower us to fulfill the great commission and make disciples of all the nations. This explosive change continues by the work of the Spirit in our lives.
