The Flood
In the time leading up to Noah the world grew thoroughly evil. It was so corrupt and filled with violence that God decided to justly wipe out humanity and start over. In the midst of this tragedy, Noah finds grace in God’s eyes, grace that compels him to believe God would do what he said he would. The story of Noah and the flood is not just for children. It’s about judgment, promise and deliverance, a baptism that looks to Jesus’ death and resurrection. It teaches us to look to him, too.
