Women’s Evening Fellowship

From John 4 and Jesus’ encounter with the woman at the well, we know that God wants worshippers.  He created us, saves us and sanctifies us to bring Him glory.  Therefore as Christians our most important meeting is all together on the Lord’s Day, and we want our women’s ministry to point and lead us to worshipping the Lord on His day with all of His people.  As a part of Emmanuel, we are in happy submission to the elders of the church, as opposed to being a ministry that is separate from the body and its ordained leadership who care for the entire flock.

The word “ministry” means to serve.  Our hope and vision is to help women grow in Christ through weekly worship, personal devotion and regular Bible reading.  We seek to provide community as a means to encouraging and equipping women to be faithful in the places God has called each of us to.

As always, friends are welcome!  For more information, email announcements@emmanuel.org

Monthly Feast & Fellowship

During the school year, we encourage all to stay longer after the service to enjoy a potluck (sometimes church-provided) meal every third Sunday of month.  We hope you’ll join us for this regular time of feasting and fellowship!

Note: Due to current restrictions and circumstances we are refraining from our monthly feasting, but encourage all to stay after the service for extended fellowship outdoors!
